Suzuki DF8A

Suzuki's new DF8 and DF9.9 4 strokes are setting new standards for ease of use, portability, and economical operation with their innovative multi-function tiller handle, lightweight design, and fuel efficient operation. Suzuki has completely redesigned the DF9.9 giving it an all new 208cc OHC 4-stroke engine. The same engine is utilized in the DF8. This engine weighs 4.5kg less than the original DF9.9 and is hence easier to handle. The multi function tiller handle is an innovative design by Suzuki provides users with a stress free driving experience. Gear shift, throttle operation, and throttle friction adjustment functions are all incorporated into the multi-function handle where they are easily accomplished without having to remove your hand from the handle. This is particularly useful when the outboard is being used as an auxiliary engine on a small yacht or powerboat. The lightweight and compact design gives this model an excellent power to weight ratio and makes them extremely fuel efficient.
