Mercury Heavy-Duty inflatables are ideal for boating applications where a little more space and strength are required. Tough and abrasion resistant with reinforced heavy-duty fabric and new rear cones, decreasing the craft's lenght while maintaining its inner space. Further strength is provided by XS aluminium floorboards. Ease of transport and launching is aided by seven external carrying handles and supplemented by hogging strips all around.

The 470XS has a new hull which is shaped like a catamaran with 2 small tubes next to the main one.

• ABS coated transom which protects against cracking and decay. Transoms are also equipped with an engine pad and plate for your outboard as well as a standard transom cap to avoid knocks when rigging the boat. Stainless steel towing holes are included in transoms for watersports
